Podcast Intelligence.
If you're publishing consistently, but the podcast isn't doing enough for the business.
You've got good content. You're putting in the work. But it's not really converting, into clients, conversations, or anything you can point to.
You've tried the obvious moves, better titles, social clips, guest appearances. Some things help a bit. But nothing creates real momentum.
The frustrating part? You don't know if it's your positioning, your format, your distribution, or something you haven't even considered.
The problem isn't effort. It's knowing what to fix first.
Why most podcasts don't deliver for the business.
The returns are cumulative, systematic, and take time. It's not one viral episode or a lucky break, it's getting the fundamentals right and executing consistently.
But the fundamentals aren't obvious. Most shows underperform because one of three things is off:
-
Getting the balance right between business goals and audience needs is tricky. When one dominates the other, it creates friction that slows everything down.
-
Standing out in a crowded space is difficult. If listeners can't quickly tell what makes your show different or valuable, they move on - even when the content is strong.
-
Discovery is the challenge. Your existing listeners love the show, but it's not reaching new people. SEO, guest strategy, and distribution need systematic work to compound over time.
How I look at it
I use a three-part framework:
Alignment: Does your show serve both audience needs and business goals?
Distinctiveness: Is it distinctive enough that someone chooses you over alternatives?
Discovery: Are the right people finding it?
Most people start at visibility. Tactics, promotion, growth hacks. But if alignment or distinctiveness is off, visibility just amplifies something that doesn't work yet.
I start at the root. I tell you what's actually not working. Then I give you a systematic plan to fix it, built around the time and capacity you actually have.
A realistic system that compounds over time at a pace you can sustain.
The Process.
We start with The Investigation, a deep dive into your show, your business, and your actual capacity.
Then I’ll prepare The Intelligence Report, what's working, what isn't, and why. Then what to do about it.
Finally, the Debrief, we go through everything together, turning advice into action. You get clarity on what your next moves are.
