Distinctive podcasts through systematic thinking.
I've been building podcast systems since 2005.
It started with a business pitch - someone asked if I could help set up a podcast company. I said yes, then figured out how to do it. Twenty years of building podcast systems - from scaling operations to 12,000+ episodes and 25 million streams, to helping individual shows reach number one positions and Apple features.
Most of that work was at scale - production systems, workflow design, making podcasting sustainable for teams without burning people out.
Now I work with business podcasters whose shows have plateaued. Good content, consistent publishing, but the audience isn’t growing.
I diagnose what's holding your show back, then build you a growth system around what you can realistically sustain. Not best-practice checklists. Strategy for your actual capacity.
